We also offer sound healing sessions at our in home studio in St. Michael, as well as public and corporate events. Our mission is to promote well-being by helping people reconnect with nature and sound to nourish the body, mind, and soul, and to hold space for those seeking connection, balance and peace.
Our Herbal Products
We meticulously handcraft a range of organic herbal products including salves, herbal infused oils, bath teas and more. Each product is made with organic ingredients following traditional preparation methods in small batches to ensure the highest quality and potency. We grow or source our herbs only from organic, sustainable and ethically managed sources, that emphasize quality, purity and reciprocity with the land.
Sound Healing Sessions
Our sound healing sessions are a unique offering, designed to restore harmony and balance in our client’s lives. We know through physics that everything is in constant motion, or has a vibration. Through stress, illness, trauma and our daily lives in this modern world – the vibration in our cells tends to get out of sync with it’s ideal state – which can cause us to feel anxious/depressed/disconnected, cause inflammation and more. Sound Healing instruments, when properly used, can bring our nervous system into a parasympathetic state where we can rest. It is in the parasympathetic state that our body can heal.
Ranee, our Founder and Certified Sound Healer, uses a variety of instruments, such as crystal bowls, chimes, gong, tuning forks and Tibetan singing bowls, to create immersive and therapeutic soundscapes. These sessions are tailored to address stress, anxiety, and promote deep relaxation, allowing clients to experience profound inner transformation. Science is catching up to what our ancestors knew and practiced daily – the power of sound is an essential part of caring for our well-being. Sound can help restore the imbalances we experience from our modern lives.
We offer group sound baths – both public and corporate/employee appreciation events, bridal/baby showers, wedding parties, and individual sessions that are tailored to the client’s specific needs.
